We do not offer refunds. Exchanges or store credit are available for eligible items, except for orders placed during sale periods, which are final and not eligible for exchanges, including size exchanges.

To qualify:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

All returns are subject to inspection by our return team before an exchange or store credit is issued.

How to exchange:

To start the process, email us at support@woodsbyjordyn.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the request.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
