Shipping policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

We ship to most countries worldwide using USPS, FedEx, DHL for domestic orders, and APC for international packages. We also ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping & Handling Charges

  • US: $20
  • International: Varies by country and current rates (any taxes or duties are payable by the customer upon delivery)

Processing & Transit Times

Most orders ship within 3 business days from the date of your order confirmation. Transit time is typically 1–7 days domestic and 10–15 business days international. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items have specific shipping timelines listed on their product pages. Please review these before placing your order, as pre-orders cannot be changed or expedited.

Sale Periods

Orders placed during sale periods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Hours of Operation

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST. Orders placed after 9:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

During the holidays and sale periods, shipping times may vary.

We are closed on the following U.S. holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier transfers, strikes, or any additional fees once the package leaves the United States.
